You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Third-Party Platforms

Your use of messaging services, including WhatsApp and related platforms, may also be subject to additional third-party terms and policies.

You are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Simple Message is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your messages and customer data.

Simple Message stores and processes data only for purposes necessary to provide the service.

Users may delete stored conversations and supported data through available service functionality.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe there is:

• Abuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Security risk
• Legal or regulatory concern

Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reliability, uptime, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Message shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
