This page explains how users of Simple Message can request deletion of their data.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to martinjonas@gmail.com.

  • Your account email address
  • Your business name, if applicable
  • The phone number or integration related to the request, if relevant
  • A clear statement that you want your data deleted

Please include enough information for us to identify your account or integration.

What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your use of the service, deletion may include:

  • Account-related information
  • Stored message content
  • Phone numbers associated with your integrations
  • Webhook URLs and configuration settings
  • API credentials or access tokens stored by Simple Message
  • Usage records associated with your account, where deletion is applicable

Data Deleted Through the API

Some stored conversations and message data may also be deleted directly through available API functionality.

If you are unsure how to delete data through the API, contact us and we will help with the request.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable time, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.

Backups and Logs

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, server logs, or security records until those records are deleted according to normal retention cycles.
